The first time I heard about reflexology was in 1987 and I was the original sceptic. I was ignirant but interested enough to to avail of a session and to educate myself about the technique. Since then I've had numerous treatments and found them to be very beneficial,funnily enough in treating IBS and other tummy problems. I don't need to know how something works to get a benefit but suffice to say I would recommend reflexology to anybody who is open minded and where conventional medicine has not been as effective. Little did I realise that today many reflexologists have been supplied by me and enjoy recommending my therapy tables.Why? Simply because they are comfortable, affordable and portable as well as being safe.
